One Voice for Nine Sectors Together
A single sector association speaks for its own industry. WAMCA's role is combining that with the other eight, so shared manufacturing concerns are raised once, for all nine, rather than nine separate associations raising the same point separately. In practice that means working out where the nine sectors' interests genuinely overlap before anything is said publicly, and leaving what does not overlap with the association that owns it. Representation at this level is institutional rather than commercial: the aim is to state a manufacturing position clearly and accurately, not to advance the business of any single member or advisor.
