Supervision

The association is guided by high standards of trust and quality. For this reason, it is developing a transparent supervision framework, alongside its members, to support both the network’s trust mark and the professionalism of the entire network. Supervision is meant to mean cooperation and prevention rather than control for its own sake; the intent is for the association to help members comply with standards, raise awareness, and support their continuous development.

A trust-based mechanism is planned, through which feedback would be collected, spot assessments carried out, and support provided where necessary to improve processes. Supervision is intended to cover service quality, communication, partnerships, and compliance with the association’s values and good practice, once the framework is confirmed and published.
