Work Councils

Working groups are planned as a practical way to bring together members’ knowledge and experience to achieve concrete goals. Each group is intended to focus on a specific area, such as updating standards, implementing circular economy principles, or mapping labour market needs. The groups are designed to consist of company representatives, experts, and cooperation partners who contribute their time and expertise to finding solutions to shared challenges. The results of group work could lead to the development of new services, legislative proposals, or sectoral recommendations. The association values member initiative and aims to create opportunities for them to be active contributors to the future of the sector. Working groups are intended to be where ideas turn into action plans, and cooperation results in real impact.
