Understanding the Trust Badge

The trust mark identifies a company as a member of the WAMCA network. Alongside its member associations, WAMCA is developing the standards, criteria, and review process that will sit behind the mark, covering quality management, delivery reliability, ethical business practices, and transparency in customer relations. Until those are published, the mark records network membership, not a completed assessment. That distinction matters enough to state plainly rather than leave to the small print. Accreditation and certification claims require separate evidence and formal approval before they can be published anywhere on these sites, and no such claim is being made for this mark. For now, a company carrying it is telling you that it is a member of the network and in active production, and nothing beyond that. The criteria and the review process will be published here once they are finalised, and the mark's meaning will change only at that point.
